IT'S MY FIRST TIME USING A MAID CLEANING SERVICE—HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Your first cleaning will be a deep clean. After that, you can switch to a regular cleaning schedule that works for you. Deep cleaning usually takes twice as long as regular cleaning.

DO HOUSEKEEPERS BRING THEIR OWN PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIES?

Our housekeeper provides all necessary cleaning supplies at no extra cost, as most clients prefer. However, if you’d like to use your own products, just let them know—they’re happy to adjust!

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE YOUR CLEANING SERVICE ARRIVES?

Please tidy up clothes, toys, and personal items before we arrive, as our housekeeper won’t put them away. Let us know any special requests when booking. If you won’t be home, tell us how to enter and where to find the key or an entry code.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PETS?

We love pets, but some may feel uneasy around us. If your pet gets anxious, please keep them in a secure area like a garage, or a separate room during cleaning.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEANING?

It’s your choice. Most people aren’t home when we clean. You can:

Let the housekeeper in and show her how to lock up.

• Give our office a key ahead of time.

• Leave a spare key in a safe spot.

• Stay home during the cleaning.

• If a child under 18 is home, an adult must be there to watch them. We don’t take responsibility for minors.

DO I NEED A CONTRACT FOR RESIDENTIAL CLEANING?

No, a contract is not needed! We focus on delivering excellent cleaning every time to keep you coming back.

You can trust our staff. We carefully select the best candidates for our team. Every applicant must pass a detailed criminal background check before being considered for hire.

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING DAYS?

We clean homes Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00 with the first appointment at 08:00 and the last around 16:00.

Sunday cleanings are available at a higher rate.

Our office is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00

DO YOU SEND A TEAM OF HOUSEKEEPERS FOR CLEANING?

Normally, we send one highly trained cleaning professional to clean your home or office. For larger jobs, we may assign additional housekeepers if needed.

HOW AND WHEN SHOULD I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you choose to pay by credit card, please call our office to provide your details. Your card will be charged at the end of the day, and once processed, you’ll receive a receipt via email.
